this image was taken into photoshop and edited by selecting all of the green and then changing the colour with the paint bucket tool and then using the paintbrush to add different detail to different heroes.

i think my target audience was comic book fans, superhero/fantasy fans and an age group of 15-30 year olds.

at www.teetonic.com i am unable to upload a picture with more than 4 colours, and i did not want to work with this limitation, so i searched for another website that would allow me to upload and sell my t-shirts online, and i found zazzle.com. zazzle.com works the same sort of way as tee-tonic but with a much more vast assortment of clothing too, ranging from hoodies to vest's it was very helpful.

These are some examples of t-shirts.

The typography is very much like a street placard and it has a quite informal font, which draws the viewer into the picture and the contrast of black and white also makes it easy to read. the image is very quirky and eccentric and looks very tribal in appearance. on further inspection of the image the "character" has a tee-tonic logo on a mask.
i think this would be suitable for people who would like to advertise teetonic, such as fans or staff.

this image is very simple and an effective silhouette with the owl in front of a moon. people who are "night owls" as the t-shirt suggests, maybe even someone that would like a subtle design.

this image is very comical and cartoony in appearance and when i look at this t-shirt i see godzilla on tokyo, the colour is very striking with the red against the blue and i think that the 4 colours used blend together very very well.
most people that like humorous monster movies would like this t-shirt.

this t-shirt is very well designed, the multiple different colours are very well spread out and the design is very well thought out. i have taken the repetition of this design and used it in my own design. people who are fond of thinking will like this t-shirt.

the clash of colours in this t-shirt are very striking and the image is humorous and the typography that is linked through the colours is very effective. the link between the balls and the baby is a very comical image, the words "A LEADER" is very suggestive that anyone could be a leader. the fact that the baby is in the background and the baby and text is in the front gives the image more depth. i think people with a sense of humor would like this t-shirt.

all of these images link to my idea because i hope my image is humorous, and the people who would buy these examples would buy mine.
